Olivia Berkowicz is a curator, writer, and researcher of visual and sonic culture. Currently, she is Curator of Exhibitions at the Röhsska Museum of Design and Craft. Her work is located at the intersection of art, architecture, and technology, with a particular focus on archival research and collections.
Between 2020 and 2025, she co-founded and convened Tentative Transmits, a curatorial audio platform investigating radio histories, solidarity practices, and migration across and beyond Central and Eastern Europe.
Her work has been presented at Index – Swedish Contemporary Art Foundation, Silent Green, Röda Sten Konsthall, Mint, and MNAC Bucharest. To date, she has also been selected for TheMuseumsLab and the Gwangju Biennale Academy International Curator Course, and has been in residence at Akademie Schloss Solitude, Rupert, and Cité internationale des arts. Her writings have been published in Kajet Journal, Brand, and Occasional Groundwork.
